Psychological Therapy for Adults on the Main Line and Philadelphia
About Me
I am a licensed clinical psychologist providing therapy to individuals, couples, and groups in my private practice just outside of Philadelphia, as well as virtually across the US. I earned my PhD from The New School for Social Research in NYC, where my clinical training and research focused on the profound and lasting impacts of trauma.
I take an integrated and culturally informed approach to therapy, working collaboratively with my clients to understand their unique needs and help them grow.
While I work with people navigating a variety of challenges—such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, and family or parenting concerns, my clinical expertise and research are in complex trauma. I often work with individuals who experienced abuse or neglect in childhood and are now struggling with how those early experiences shape their relationships, emotional wellbeing, and the way they move through the world. I help my clients understand their current symptoms as adaptive strategies that once helped them survive, and together we work to honor what’s still useful while learning to replace patterns that no longer serve them.
I believe that therapy can be a powerful space for healing, empowerment, and growth, but I understand how difficult it can be to take that step. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and move toward meaningful change.
“I hope for lives of freedom. I hope for lives lived in full color, lives unmuted, lives vitalized. And it is only with the willingness to feel all our feelings that we become truly alive and truly free.”
